Topic: Functions + For Loops
Martin and I worked on this sketch together. It took a long time to figure out how to get the colors to change in the background randomly, and we couldn’t do it. But one thing we did do was come up with a random forward color. Originally I could do a mouseX and mouseY hover state, which changed the foreground color, but eventually it turned into just the foreground changing.
Create a sketch that includes (all of these):
One element controlled by the mouse.
One element that changes over time, independently of the mouse.
One element that is different every time you run the sketch.
ICM! This is the class I find one of the most challenging, particularly because I’ve attempted to learn code since I was a teenager (I’m 32 now). Now is the time, and I almost feel like I’ll never be able to learn. It is a skill that gives me headaches, haha.
Anyway, I watched the videos and will be adding the sketch in shortly!
